高级系统测试工程师（矿山自动驾驶方向）

岗位职责
1.负责矿山自动驾驶系统各子系统的测试工作；包含平台功能、车端功能及系统功能；
2.主导测试计划制定、制定系统测试方案、编写并评审测试用例；
3.负责矿山自动驾驶产品的集成测试、回归测试和验收测试；编写测试报告、测试总结及质量评估文档
4.参与矿山自动驾驶车辆整车测试，包括实车测试、联调测试以及问题复现与定位；
5.跟踪和管理缺陷，推动问题闭环，协助研发团队定位系统级问题（软硬件/算法/接口）；
6.为产品交付和上线提供质量决策支持，配合项目交付及客户验收阶段的测试保障工作。

任职要求
基本要求
1.本科及以上学历，计算机、自动化、车辆工程、电子信息或相关专业；
2 8年及以上系统测试经验，有自动驾驶、智能网联或工程机械相关经验者优先；
3.熟悉软件测试理论、测试流程及缺陷管理流程；
4.具备良好的系统性思维，能够从整体架构角度分析、定位问题。
