Roles & Responsibilities:

We areseekinga highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a SeniorTechnicalProgram Manager for Global DAPorganization.In this role, you will work closely with Head of Data &Analytics and many internal and external teams to deliver successful projects for the company. The ideal candidate will excel at large scale program management, executive communication and presentation,possessstrong organizational and communication skills, and be capable of driving project success by working closely with many engineering and business teams.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business and tech executives, engineers, data scientists to understand project details, dependencies and buildend to endprogram.

Demonstrate strong understanding ofdata pipelines and instrumentation flows, including event schema definitions (JSON payloads), data ingestion, validation, and downstream analytics consumption, with the ability to partner closely with engineering teams on implementation tradeoffs.

Gather requirements across various functions andbuild toroadmap by working closely with engineering teams.

Communicate effectively through clear and concise written and verbal communication, acting as the primary point of contact for Data & Analytics leadership.

Develop andmaintainproject timelines, securingcommitments,andidentifyingcritical paths.

Own and drive Analytics Implementation Proposals (AIPs)end-to-end, including defining analytics requirements, schema events, attributes, and instrumentation details for new and existing features, ensuring alignment across Product, Engineering and QA teams.

Become a subject matter expert in Analytics space and connect the dots by working with variousteamand clear impediments to make program success.

Monitor progress and report status to executive leadership including C-level.

ExhibitAI fluency, including working knowledge of LLM-based systems, retrieval-augmentedarchitectures, andagent-based workflows, and ability to evaluate, scope, and operationalize AI-driven features in a production environment.

Apply processes, standards, and risk management thoughtfully, ensuring theappropriate amountof process and structure for successful outcomes.

Utilize industry-standard tools and practical approaches to problem-solving.

Influence the team through data and objective-driven decision-making, guidingoutcomes,and operational excellence improvements.

Demonstrate a deep understanding of the team's role within the business and its alignment with the overall companyobjectives.

What to Bring:

7+ years of proven experience in program and or product management

3+ years of experience in Engineering (Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Data Scienceetc)

2+ years of experience in Data,Analyticsand Science Engineering.

Previousexperience in working closely with executive leadership to communicate program status,riskand mitigation (CTOs, CDOs, CEOsetc)

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability toidentifysimple and effective solutions.

Excellent decision-making abilities, knowing when to engageappropriate resourcesfor problem resolution.

Ability to communicate clearly and concisely –previousexecutive presentation experience is a must.

Proficient in using industry-standard tools and software applications.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team and build relationships with stakeholders.

Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and risk management principles is desirable.
