Senior Test Engineer

• Technical Expertise

• Apply knowledge of wide bandgap semiconductors, power devices, and analog measurement techniques.
• Perform high-voltage and high-current testing safely and effectively.
• Use lab tools such as oscilloscopes, DMMs, spectrum analyzers, and ATE debug utilities.

• Cross-functional Collaboration

• Partner with design, product, reliability, test, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Organize technical data and present findings to engineering and management teams

• Experience

• 5–12+ years in semiconductor test engineering (experience level varies by degree: BS, MS).
• Hands-on experience with wafer sort and final test.
• Programming background in C++, VBA, or similar languages

• Technical Skills

• Proficiency with ATE instrumentation and platforms (discrete test systems, mixed-signal testers).
• Solid understanding of wide bandgap semiconductors (e.g., GaN).
• Experience with power and analog test methodologies.
• Familiarity with semiconductor fab, assembly, and packaging flows.

• Soft Skills

• Strong communication skills with ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Ability to organize, analyze, and present technical information clearly.
