Service Advisor (all genders)
Über die Funktion:
Als Service Advisor bist du die Schnittstelle zwischen der Werkstatt und dem Verkauf. Du bietest jedem Kunden professionelle Hilfe und schaffst ein positives Erlebnis.

Deine Hauptaufgaben:
- Reperaturen vor Ort nach Bedarf
- Ausführung und Verkauf von Servicepaketen und Dienstleistungen
- Aufbau von Neurädern
- Werkstattannahme und Kundenberatung zu Reparaturen und Serviceleistungen
Dein Profil:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung und mehrjährige Erfahrung als Zweirad Mechaniker:in
- Strukturiertes, sorgfältiges und selbständiges Arbeiten
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit hochwertigen Bikes
- Ausbildereignung ist wünschenswert
