Organisationstalent trifft Kundenorientierung: Als Service Disponent (w/m/d) koordinieren Sie Serviceeinsätze deutschlandweit und sorgen dafür, dass unsere Servicetechniker zur richtigen Zeit am richtigen Ort sind. Als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Servicetechnikern und internen Fachbereichen leisten Sie einen entscheidenden Beitrag zu reibungslosen Abläufen, hoher Servicequalität und nachhaltiger Kundenzufriedenheit.

Planung und Disposition von Serviceeinsätzen deutschlandweit.
Koordination und Steuerung von Servicetechnikern unter Berücksichtigung von Qualifikationen, Verfügbarkeiten und Kundenanforderungen.

Ansprechpartner für Kunden, Servicetechniker und interne Fachbereiche bei allen einsatzbezogenen Themen.
Anpassung von Einsatzplänen bei kurzfristigen Änderungen und Prioritätsverschiebungen.
Sicherstellung der vollständigen Einsatzdokumentation sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit den kaufmännischen Bereichen bei der Auftrags- und Rechnungsabwicklung.
Mitwirkung an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Serviceprozessen und einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit.
Ihr Profil
Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Berufsausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Disposition, Einsatzplanung, Servicekoordination oder einem vergleichbaren Umfeld.
Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-, CRM- oder Planungssystemen, idealerweise Salesforce.
Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
Kommunikationsstärke, Kundenorientierung und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartnern.
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie grundlegende Englischkenntnisse.
