工作性质和内容：传感器、放大器、数据采集仪及相关设备和系统的故障检查、判断及维修零部件的维修与更换仪器和系统维修后的性能一致性测试仪器和传感器的校准通过电话、邮件、微信等方式对用户进行技术指导、解答用户技术问题、远程协助解决用户设备故障向用户介绍、推荐公司的系统维护方案、软件升级方案为用户订购各类备件及常用部件将特定仪器或系统送往总部检修并及时跟踪维修进度基本的传感器及数据采集仪的安装、调试和培训等协助销售工程师做好售前技术支持工作编写、翻译技术资料及相关的用户操作手册能够适应短期出差。
基本要求
责任心强，始终把用户放在第一位 待人热心、周到 能耐心、细致解答用户各类技术问题 具备一定的沟通能力及技巧 有外企工作经验者优先考虑
专业技术要求
对电子仪器的原理及其维修具有良好的理解 具有较强的电子仪器排查故障及维修能力，动手能力强 能独立解决相关的技术及维修服务问题。力学、声学振动、电子、仪器仪表等专业优先考虑。
工作经验
具有3-5年以上仪器仪表及传感器维修和校准工作经验 有注册计量师资格证者优先考虑 有CRM、SAP或者Salesforce使用经验者优先。
学历要求
电子、仪器仪表专业学士及以上学位。
外语要求
能熟练地用英语阅读、翻译和撰写技术和商务文件
能用英语口语进行技术交流、讨论
