What success looks like in this role:
Responsable de liderar y gestionar la entrega de servicios, soluciones o proyectos complejos, garantizando el cumplimiento de los objetivos del negocio, los niveles de servicio (SLA), los estándares de calidad y la satisfacción del cliente.
Supervisa equipos multidisciplinarios, coordina actividades de desarrollo, implementación y soporte, y asegura la correcta ejecución de los proyectos dentro de los plazos, costos y alcances definidos.
Actúa como el principal punto de contacto entre el cliente, los equipos técnicos y la organización, garantizando una comunicación efectiva y una ejecución alineada con la estrategia del negocio.
Responsabilidades principales
- Liderar la planificación, ejecución y entrega de proyectos o servicios tecnológicos.
- Gestionar equipos técnicos y funcionales, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos y entregables.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de los Acuerdos de Nivel de Servicio (SLA) y métricas de desempeño.
- Supervisar la calidad de las soluciones entregadas y promover la mejora continua.
- Gestionar riesgos, incidentes y cambios en el alcance de los proyectos.
- Coordinar con las partes interesadas internas y externas, incluidos clientes, proveedores y equipos de negocio.
- Controlar el presupuesto, los costos y la eficiencia operativa del servicio o proyecto.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de estándares, metodologías y prácticas de gobierno de proyectos.
- Elaborar reportes ejecutivos sobre avances, riesgos y resultados.
- Impulsar iniciativas de optimización, automatización y mejora de procesos.

You will be successful in this role if you have:
Formación académica
- Título profesional universitario culminado y debidamente graduado en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería Informática, Ingeniería de Software o carreras afines (requisito obligatorio).
- Se valorarán certificaciones en gestión de proyectos y servicios, tales como PMP, Scrum Master, ITIL, PRINCE2 o equivalentes.
