About the role

Job Summary
The Lead (Field) Service Technician is responsible for installing, configuring, calibrating, and repairing technical products and systems at customer field locations. This role performs a variety of maintenance and technical support tasks and may provide onsite training to customer support personnel.
This job profile is intended for experienced support-level staff that generally works autonomously and only requires closer supervision in non-routine situations.

Nous recherchons un Technicien Service passionné et expérimenté pour rejoindre notre équipe chez Sulzer Ensival Moret France SASU. Le titulaire du poste sera responsable de l'installation, de la maintenance, du diagnostic et de la réparation de nos équipements sur site et en atelier.

Responsabilités du poste

* Effectuer l'installation, la mise en service, la maintenance préventive et corrective des pompes, agitateurs et équipements rotatifs de Sulzer chez les clients.
* Réaliser des diagnostics techniques précis et identifier les causes des pannes ou dysfonctionnements.
* Rédiger des rapports d'intervention détaillés, incluant les actions réalisées, les pièces remplacées et les recommandations pour le client.
* Assurer un support technique aux clients, les conseiller sur l'utilisation et l'entretien de leurs équipements.
* Participer à la formation des clients sur l'utilisation et la maintenance de base des produits.
* Respecter scrupuleusement les procédures de sécurité et les normes de qualité en vigueur.
* Gérer les stocks de pièces détachées nécessaires aux interventions.
* Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes commerciales et d'ingénierie pour améliorer la satisfaction client.
* Participer aux interventions fixées

Qualifications requises

* Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en tant que Technicien Service ou dans un rôle similaire, idéalement dans le secteur des pompes, des équipements rotatifs ou de l'industrie lourde.
* Diplôme technique (BTS, DUT) en maintenance industrielle, mécanique, électromécanique ou équivalent.
* Solides compétences en mécanique, hydraulique, électricité et automatisme industriel.
* Capacité à lire et interpréter des schémas techniques et électriques.
* Maîtrise des outils de diagnostic et de mesure.
* Permis de conduire valide (déplacements fréquents à prévoir).
* Bonnes aptitudes relationnelles, sens du service client et autonomie.
* Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et en équipe.
* Maîtrise du français (écrit et oral). Des connaissances en anglais technique seraient un plus.
* Habilitations électriques à jour (B1V, BR, H0V) seraient un avantage.
* Connaissance des produits Sulzer serait appréciée.
