Rolle

Bindeglied im Liegenschaftsbetrieb zur Produktion und Verwaltung für Gebäudeelektrotechnische Anlagen

Steuerung der Dienstleister für Inbetriebnahme, Wartung und Instandhaltung von Elektrotechnik, inklusive Netzwerk- und Systemkonfiguration (Benutzer- und Rollenverwaltung)

Pflege der technischen Dokumentationsunterlagen im CAFM-System (Planon) inklusive Strukturierung von Anlagenstammdaten, Schnittstellen-Dokumentation sowie Pflege von digitalen Zwillingen und Systemtopologien

Mitarbeit bei der Durchführung von Fehleranalysen, Störungsbeseitigung und Optimierung bestehender Anlagen

Bindeglied zwischen Dienstleister, Kunde und ZEISS mit dazugehöriger Abstimmung von Anforderungen, Change-Management und Koordination von Rollouts und Updates

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektriker / Elektroniker (m/w/x) oder staatlich geprüfter Techniker (m/w/x)

Berufserfahrung in der Elektrotechnik, idealerweise mit Schaltberechtigung bis 20 kV

Erfahrung im Umgang mit CAFM-Systemen (z.B. Planon) wünschenswert

Fundierte Kenntnisse relevanter Normen und Vorschriften (z.B. PrüfVO, VDE, DIN)

Erfahrung in der Steuerung externer Dienstleister und erste Praxis in der Projektabwicklung

Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis, analytische Denkweise sowie hohes Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

Teamorientierte, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Kundenorientierung

Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten fürs Stakeholdermanagement (interne und externe Partner)
