Mission principale

L’Application Support Analyst ServiceNow assure la gestion opérationnelle (RUN) des modules Asset Management, Achats et Finance. Il garantit la fiabilité des données, la continuité de service et le bon déroulement des processus financiers, notamment lors des périodes de clôture. Il agit en support fonctionnel clé des équipes finance, comptabilité et achats.

Responsabilités principales

- Assurer le maintien en conditions opérationnelles (MCO)
- Gérer incidents, demandes et anomalies
- Superviser les flux assets, achats et financiers
- Garantir la qualité et cohérence des données
- Suivre le cycle de vie des actifs
- Assurer le suivi des demandes d’achat, commandes et réceptions
- Accompagner les clôtures financières
- Analyser et expliquer les écarts avec l’ERP
- Assurer le support fonctionnel niveau 2/3
- Produire et fiabiliser les reportings

- Suivre les indicateurs (volumes, anomalies, rejets)
- Réaliser des contrôles de cohérence
- Identifier les dysfonctionnements récurrents
- Proposer des actions correctives

Compétences

- ServiceNow (RUN / support applicatif)
- Processus Asset / Achats / Finance
- Notions comptables (clôtures, CAPEX/OPEX)
- Analyse et gestion d’incidents
- Rigueur, soucis du détail et sens du service

Profil

- Bac+3 à Bac+5
- Expérience en support applicatif RUN de préférence, à minima très orienté systèmes
- Notions finance impératives, notions achats appréciées

- Délais de résolution
- Satisfaction utilisateurs

Interaction avec Finance, Comptabilité, Achats et IT. Rattaché à l’équipe ServiceNow / Production / Plateforme.
