In dieser Position übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle im Second Level Service und unterstützen unsere internationalen Niederlassungen sowie den First Level Support im deutschen Markt bei der technischen Betreuung hochmoderner Bogenstanz- und Heißfolienprägemaschinen unseres Partners MK Masterwork.
Was Sie erwartet
Nationaler und internationaler Serviceeinsatz für Bogenstanz- und Heißfolienprägemaschinen inklusive Remote‑Support
Installation, Inbetriebnahme sowie technische Abnahme von Neumaschinen
Analyse, Diagnose und nachhaltige Behebung komplexer elektrischer, mechatronischer und systemischer Störungen
Erstellung von Service‑, Fehleranalyse‑ und Trainingsunterlagen zur strukturierten Wissensdokumentation
Durchführung von Schulungen und Trainings für Servicetechniker
Mitarbeit in der technischen Klärung komplexer Servicefälle sowie aktive Beteiligung an Optimierungs‑ und Verbesserungsprojekten
Was Sie mitbringen
Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Elektriker oder in einem vergleichbaren technischen Beruf, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder Meister
Begeisterung für komplexe Maschinen und Automatisierung
Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
Hohe Kunden‑ und Lösungsorientierung
Internationale Reisebereitschaft und Führerschein Klasse B
Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office
Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
