Die strategische Geschäftseinheit ZEISS Photonics & Optics bündelt starke Consumer Products und High-End-Technologien in sieben hochspezialisierten Unternehmenseinheiten. Werden Sie Teil von Simulations Projections Solutions (SIM) und tragen Sie als Servicetechniker m/w/x) zum Wachstumskurs der Einheit bei.
Ihre Rolle
Sie installieren in dieser Position High Tech Sichtsystemen für Simulatoren
Sie führen Service- und Wartungsarbeiten an Projektoren durch und übernehmen die Diagnose
Sie reparieren und setzen Projektionssysteme instand
Sie planen technische Schulungen für Servicetechniker und führen diese auch durch
Sie vermitteln Produkt-, Service- und Wartungskenntnisse im Rahmen von Technikerschulungen
Sie sichern die technisch Unterstützung und Qualifizierung von Servicepartnern und Technikern
Sie erstellen und entwickeln Schulungsunterlagen sowie Durchführung praxisorientierter Trainings weiter

Ihr Profil
Sie haben eine entsprechende, technische Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen
Sie besitzen fundierte Kenntnisse in der Video- und Projektionstechnik sowie in mechanischen Arbeiten
Sie zeichnet eine profunde Erfahrung in der Wartung, Fehlerdiagnose und Instandsetzung aus, Wissen technischer Systeme ist von Vorteil
Sie haben ein ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Sie sind flexibel und haben eine hohe Reisebereitschaft für nationale und internationale Serviceeinsätze sowie Schulungen
Sie haben angewandte Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift für die Kommunikation mit internationalen Kunden und Partnern
Sie arbeiten selbstständig, zuverlässig und serviceorientiert
Sie sind kommunikationsstark und haben Freude an der Vermittlung technischer Inhalte
Sie sind teamfähig und sind sicher im Auftreten mit Kundenkontakt
