tehničar za dizala
Tehničar za servis dizala obavlja redovite servisne preglede i popravke dizala, u skladu s nalozima ugovornih partnera, politikom tvrtke i KONE internim procesima.
Glavni zadaci:
Odgovoran za zadovoljstvo kupaca kroz kvalitetnu uslugu i redovitu, proaktivnu i točnu komunikaciju

Provođenje servisnih inspekcija (redovito održavanje, intervencije i popravci)
Vođenje vlastitog praktičnog skladišta i prepoznavanje potreba za rezervnim dijelovima
Briga o sigurnosti, čistoći i dobrom stanju servisnih alata, vozila i ostale radne opreme
Izvješćivanje o prodajnim potencijalnim klijentima, zadacima i obavljenom poslu
Odgovoran je za osiguravanje sigurnog radnog okruženja, sigurnosti krajnjih korisnika i sigurnosti opreme.
