- Preparar y ajustar centros de maquinado CNC para garantizar una operación eficiente y segura.
- Monitorear y optimizar continuamente el proceso productivo, asegurando el cumplimiento de instrucciones de trabajo, estándares de calidad y procedimientos establecidos.
- Realizar ajustes de proceso para mantener la estabilidad operativa y maximizar la productividad.
- Verificar y asegurar la calidad del producto mediante inspecciones y controles durante el proceso de manufactura.
- Cumplir con los programas de producción establecidos, contribuyendo al logro de los objetivos de la planta.
- Garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de la línea asignada, colaborando en actividades de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo.
- Promover y cumplir las normas de seguridad, orden y limpieza, fomentando un ambiente de trabajo seguro y eficiente.
- Escolaridad minima TSU, o bachillerato tecnologico (Maquinas- Herramientas) procesos industriales,Iing. trunca.
- Al menos 2 años de experiencia en posiciones similares
- Experiencia en operación y ajuste de maquinaria CNC.
- Interpretación de planos y manejo de instrumentos de medición.
- Enfoque en calidad, seguridad y mejora continua.
- Capacidad para resolver problemas y trabajar en equipo.
- Compromiso con los resultados y la excelencia operativa.
