Sobre a Oportunidade

A Hellmann Worldwide Logistics busca um(a) Jovem Aprendiz para atuar na área de Importação Marítima, apoiando as atividades operacionais e administrativas dos processos de comércio exterior.

Esta é uma excelente oportunidade para quem deseja iniciar sua carreira em logística internacional, aprendendo na prática sobre operações de importação marítima, documentação, atendimento a clientes e acompanhamento de embarques internacionais.

Principais Atividades

Apoiar o acompanhamento dos processos de importação marítima.
Auxiliar na atualização de sistemas internos e controles operacionais.
Apoiar a conferência e organização de documentos de embarque.
Realizar acompanhamento de status de processos junto às equipes operacionais.
Auxiliar na emissão e envio de relatórios para clientes e áreas internas.
Prestar suporte na comunicação com escritórios internacionais e parceiros.
Organizar arquivos físicos e eletrônicos relacionados aos processos de importação.
Apoiar atividades administrativas da equipe de Importação Marítima.
Contribuir para o cumprimento dos procedimentos e padrões de qualidade da empresa.

Requisitos

Ter entre 18 e 24 anos (conforme legislação aplicável ao Programa de Aprendizagem).
Ensino Médio completo ou cursando Ensino Superior/Técnico em Comércio Exterior, Logística, Relações Internacionais, Administração ou áreas correlatas.
Conhecimento básico do Pacote Office (Excel, Word e Outlook).
Interesse em Comércio Exterior, Logística Internacional e Transporte Marítimo.
Organização e vontade de aprender.
Inglês básico será considerado um diferencial.
