The Operations Associate plays a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of logistics operations through meticulous administrative and clerical support.
Managing essential office tasks, coordinating logistics activities, and providing comprehensive support to the team. ¿Te apasiona la logística internacional y brindar un servicio excepcional al cliente? En Hellmann buscamos un(a) Customer Service Specialist - Ocean Freight que se convierta en un socio estratégico para nuestros clientes, asegurando una experiencia de servicio de excelencia a lo largo de toda la cadena logística.
Responsabilidades principales
- Gestionar embarques de importación y exportación marítima de principio a fin.
- Mantener comunicación constante con clientes, proveedores, navieras y oficinas internacionales.
- Dar seguimiento proactivo al estatus de los embarques, anticipando posibles desviaciones y ofreciendo soluciones oportunas.
- Coordinar requerimientos operativos y documentales para garantizar la correcta ejecución de los servicios.
- Atender consultas, incidencias y solicitudes de clientes asegurando una respuesta ágil y eficiente.
- Monitorear indicadores de servicio y contribuir a la mejora continua de los procesos.
- Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos de Operaciones, Ventas y Desarrollo de Negocios para fortalecer la experiencia del cliente.
Perfil que buscamos
- Experiencia en Customer Service dentro de la industria Freight Forwarding, logística internacional o transporte marítimo.
- Conocimiento de procesos de importación y exportación marítima.
- Habilidades de comunicación, organización y orientación al cliente.
- Capacidad para gestionar múltiples embarques y prioridades simultáneamente.
- Nivel de inglés intermedio a avanzado.
- Enfoque proactivo, trabajo en equipo y orientación a resultados.
