We're looking for a talented SF Recruiting Consultant to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and placing top-tier talent across various industries and positions. As a Recruiting Consultant, you will work collaboratively with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs, develop comprehensive recruitment strategies, and deliver exceptional candidates who drive organizational success. Source, screen, and interview candidates using multiple channels including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and organizational culture
Analyze job descriptions and market trends to create targeted recruitment strategies and identify ideal candidate profiles
Coordinate the interview process, manage candidate pipelines, and track recruitment metrics to ensure timely placements
Customize job postings and recruitment materials to attract qualified candidates and enhance employer branding
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability
Collaborate with team members to share best practices, provide feedback, and continuously improve recruitment processes
Maintain accurate and organized records in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms
Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process to ensure smooth candidate transitions
Build and nurture a talent pipeline for future opportunities and long-term client partnerships

2+ years of professional recruiting or talent acquisition experience
Proven track record of successfully placing candidates and meeting recruitment targets
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and proficiency with job boards, social media, and recruiting platforms
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and customer relationship management (CRM) software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and optimize hiring processes
Sales-oriented mentality with the ability to identify client needs and present solutions
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple placements simultaneously
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred: Experience in staffing or recruitment consulting industry
Preferred: Knowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies
Preferred: Familiarity with recruitment analytics and data-driven decision making
