Summary of the role

General Summary:

Shipping and Receiving functions related to incoming and outgoing supplies and product.

Responsibilities:

Receiving packages
Shipping packages
Reviewing packing slips
Reviewing Certificates of Compliance, Certificates of Conformance, Certificates of analysis
Reviewing and preparing shipping Labels
Following a Shipping Schedule
Reviewing the label review check forms
Maintaining the shipping material supplies
Utilize computer software and hardware to prepare documentation to ship Items.
Maintain shipping and receiving files
Be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
Must be detail oriented

Requirements:

Education:

Be able to read, write and speak fluent English, additional languages a plus.
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent ex[erience
Experience with shipping and receiving, warehouse activities a plus
Be able to work well with others and have good communication skills

Physical:

Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
