About the Opportunity
You will join one of our regional NSW project teams as a Site Engineer and work on site to turn designs and plans into built outcomes. You will deliver assigned work packages, coordinate subcontractors and keep safety, quality and environmental requirements front and centre. You will work with supervisors, designers and client representatives, and see how a civil project comes together from setup to handover. It is a practical role for an engineer who wants strong site exposure and the chance to build a career in infrastructure delivery.

Key accountabilities:
- Deliver assigned civil work packages safely, on time and to specification
- Check construction works against drawings and specifications
- Coordinate subcontractors, materials and daily site activities with supervisors
- Monitor safety, quality and environmental requirements and report issues early
- Keep accurate inspection, test and progress records
- Resolve technical queries and delivery risks with the project team
Required Skills and Competencies
- Proven capability delivering civil construction work on site
- Sound understanding of construction methods, drawings and specifications
- Clear written and verbal communication with site teams and subcontractors
- Commitment to safe work practices and quality outcomes
- Willingness to work on regional NSW project sites
