Tvorba kontrolních plánů vstupní kontroly včetně nastavení optimální úrovně kontroly
Reklamování neshodných dílů na dodavatele –reklamační management
Organizace kontrolních a třídících akcí
Identifikace reklamačních nákladů a jejich přefakturace na dodavatele
Auditní činnost
Zpracování reportů
Zajištění plynulého chodu výroby – aktivní spolupráce s ostatními odděleními
Zablokování zboží v případě zjištění neshodných dílů

Zastupování společnosti při jednání s dodavateli

- Středoškolské vzdělání s maturitou
- Znalost SAP a PDM systémů (výhodou)
- Schopnost číst technickou dokumentaci
- Znalost nástrojů kvality, např. 8D, FMEA, Control Plan, FTA, PDCA, PPAP, APQP
- Dobrá znalost MS Office
- Komunikativní znalost angličtiny.
