Help shape the future of workplace delivery in one of America's fastest-growing markets.

If you're an experienced workplace fit-out professional looking for more than simply your next project, this is an opportunity to join a business that's redefining how workplaces are delivered around the world.

At Unispace, we're a globally integrated workplace strategy, design and construction firm. By bringing strategy, design, project management and construction together under one roof, we create exceptional workplaces for some of the world's most recognisable brands. From global technology companies and financial institutions to life sciences and professional services organisations, we help our clients create environments where people can collaborate, innovate and thrive.

As we continue expanding across North America, we're establishing our Austin operation and are looking for an experienced Senior Construction Manager to become one of the key leaders helping shape our future in Texas.

Why Unispace?

This isn't simply another Construction Manager opportunity.

You'll become part of our founding Austin team, helping establish our local presence while delivering high-end workplace fit-out and tenant improvement (TI) projects for global clients.

Working alongside strategy, design and delivery professionals, you'll help bring workplace visions to life whilst playing a genuine role in growing our business across one of America's most exciting markets.

The Opportunity

As Senior Construction Manager, you'll lead the successful delivery of complex workplace fit-out and corporate interiors projects from preconstruction through to completion.

You'll build trusted client relationships, oversee programme, commercial performance and project delivery, whilst collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure every project is delivered safely, efficiently and to the exceptional standards Unispace is known for.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading multiple workplace fit-out and tenant improvement (TI) projects from inception through completion
  • Acting as the primary client contact throughout project delivery
  • Managing programme, commercial performance and project risk
  • Working collaboratively with our strategy, design and construction teams
  • Supporting and mentoring delivery teams
  • Helping establish and grow our Austin operation

About You

You'll likely have significant experience delivering commercial workplace fit-out, tenant improvement (TI) or corporate interiors projects as a Construction Manager, Senior Project Manager or similar leadership position.

You'll also bring:

  • Strong client relationship skills
  • Commercial and programme management experience
  • Experience delivering high-value workplace fit-out projects
  • A collaborative leadership style
  • A passion for delivering exceptional client outcomes
  • The ability to commute into Austin as our local office continues to grow

Experience within workplace fit-out, commercial interiors or tenant improvement (TI) is essential.

Why Austin?

Austin continues to attract some of the world's fastest-growing organisations, creating an exciting pipeline of workplace projects across technology, life sciences and professional services.

Joining Unispace now means becoming part of our growth story from day one.
