Site Support Engineer

•Train customers on safe operation, maintenance and equipment best practices.

•Coordinate with engineering, sales and service teams to resolve technical issues.

•Identify aftermarket opportunities that improve equipment reliability and performance.

•Champion FLSmidth and customer safety standards during every site activity.

What you bring

•Bring 3+ years of field service experience in mining or heavy industry.

•Demonstrate knowledge of pumps, cyclones, valves or mineral processing equipment.

•Read and interpret engineering drawings, manuals and technical documentation.

•Communicate clearly with customers, contractors and cross-functional teams.

•Work independently, solve problems and manage changing site priorities.

•Travel frequently within [country/region] and internationally when required.

•Hold a valid driver's licence and meet site medical and safety requirements.
