THE ROLE
We are looking for an SMB Business Development Manager (BDM) to join the Payouts team within Wise Platform in North America. Payouts is a high-growth pillar serving enterprise customers who need to move funds globally at scale — such as insurance companies paying claims or media platforms paying creator royalties.

This role is a critical driver of our scaling strategy, responsible for both creating outbound pipeline and managing inbound demand, while building the operational "rubric" that will define how this team grows.
