The Social Media & Marketing Executive plans, creates and manages the resort’s content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and the hotel website to grow brand awareness, engagement and direct bookings. Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, the role produces photos, videos and copy, runs the content calendar and paid social campaigns, works with influencers and media partners, responds to comments and messages, and supports promotions for rooms, dining, spa and events. The position tracks performance metrics, prepares monthly reports and keeps all content on brand. Candidates should have 2+ years’ experience in social media or digital marketing (hospitality preferred), strong photography, video editing and copywriting skills, good English and Thai, and familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Canva or Adobe tools.
