Position Summary

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in C# and .NET technologies, along with strong expertise in Agentic AI development and modern AI/ML capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in both front-end and back-end development and the ability to design, develop, and maintain scalable applications. A key focus of this role is to build intelligent, AI-driven and agent-based systems (Autonomous/LLM-based workflows, copilots, or multi-agent frameworks) integrated with enterprise applications.

Role : Full Stack Developer (.NET)

Experience: 2–4 Years
Location: Noida
Employment Type: Full Time

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications using C#, .NET, and related technologies.

Build and integrate AI-powered and agentic workflows using LLMs, orchestration frameworks, and APIs.

Develop autonomous or semi-autonomous agents for workflow automation, decision-making, and conversational use cases.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Develop and optimize SQL and NoSQL database schemas, queries, and procedures.

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

Implement and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability.

Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and debugging applications.

Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.

Work with front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Angular/React).

Integrate AI services (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, etc.) into enterprise applications.

Document technical specifications, AI workflows, and system architecture.

Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and propose innovative solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications (Must Have)

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

2–4 years of experience in full stack development with C# and .NET (ASP.NET, .NET Core).

Hands-on experience in Agentic AI development, including:

Building AI agents / copilots / autonomous workflows

Working with LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)

Prompt engineering and context management

Orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen or similar)

Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts and real-world implementation.

Proficient in writing and maintaining unit tests (NUnit, MSTest, xUnit).

Strong knowledge of SQL (MS SQL Server, MySQL, etc.) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cosmos DB, etc.).

Experience with front-end technologies: JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3; frameworks like Angular/React.

Solid understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture.

Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

Experience with BDD frameworks (SpecFlow, Cucumber, etc.).

Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) for AI/ML deployments.

Exposure to vector databases, embeddings, and RAG architectures.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.

Experience in healthcare or enterprise workflow automation solutions.
