In-depth understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containers, software cryptographic signing, and OSS dependencies
Experience with data engineering and datastore/queue operations (OpenSearch, Valkey, Postgres, Kafka, SQS, etc.), including technology selection and owning the health, capacity, and maintenance of those systems in production
Experience managing end-to-end SDLC, including design, implementation, and delivery, with a focus on stakeholder engagement and mission outcomes
Experience with Generative AI, both as a productivity tool and creating services that leverage LLMs
