What you'll own

Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks, test suites, and scripts to ensure software quality throughout the development lifecycle.
Collaborate with developers, business stakeholders, and test analysts to build quality into software through continuous testing, code-level validation, and automation.
Execute and enhance unit, component, API, performance, load, security, and service virtualization testing strategies.
Integrate automated testing into Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, ensuring reliable and scalable software releases.
Analyze test results, identify quality risks, recommend improvements, and drive continuous quality initiatives across Agile development teams.

What you'll bring

Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
4+ years of experience in software testing, quality engineering, test automation, or software development.
Strong programming and scripting skills in one or more languages such as Java, Python, C#, Groovy, SQL, or similar.
Experience developing and maintaining automated testing frameworks and integrating testing solutions within CI/CD environments.
Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, Test Driven Development (TDD), and Behavior Driven Development (BDD).

It's a bonus if you have

Master's degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
6+ years of experience designing automated testing strategies across multiple platforms, applications, and technology stacks.
Experience with performance, load, security, API, mobile, and service virtualization testing tools.
