Join a team that develops advanced machine vision cameras and image-acquisition solutionsusedinautomation,inspection,robotics,andintelligenttransportationapplications.AsSoftwareTestLeader,youwillplayacriticalroleinensuringthequalityandreliabilityofhostsoftware,embeddedfirmware,andFPGA-basedsystemsacrossadiverseproductportfolio.

This is a hands-on technical leadership opportunity for someone whoispassionateaboutquality,testautomation,andbuildinghigh-performingengineeringteams.Ifyouenjoysolvingcomplexvalidationchallengesandcollaboratingacrossglobalengineeringsites,thisroleoffersbroadimpactandvisibility.
Whatyou'lldo
- Leadandmentorateamofsoftwaretestengineers,providingtechnicalguidanceandcoaching.
- Defineteststrategiescoveringunit,integration,system,andregressiontesting.
- DrivedevelopmentofautomatedtestframeworksusingPyTest,GTest,andrelatedtools.
- Establishscalablevalidationarchitecturesforsoftware,firmware,andFPGA-basedproducts.
- Partnerwithsoftware,firmware,andhardwareteamstoimproveproducttestability.
- Coordinatevalidationactivitiesacrossmultipleengineeringsites.
- Implementautomatedworkflowstoreproduceandanalyzecustomer-reportedissues.
- Trackqualitymetrics,defects,andreleasereadiness.
- PromoteAI-assistedtoolsfortestdevelopment,codereview,anddocumentation.
- Championaquality-focusedcultureandcontinuousimprovementinitiatives.

Salary Range:
$93,700.00-$124,900.000
The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
