Au sein de l'équipe Customer Operations France, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la performance et la digitalisation de nos opérations. Véritable interface entre les équipes métiers, l'IT et nos partenaires externes, vous contribuerez à fiabiliser nos flux commerciaux, améliorer nos outils et accompagner les projets qui façonnent le Customer Operations de demain.

Vous serez au cœur de sujets stratégiques tels que l'EDI, la facturation électronique, SAP, l'automatisation des processus et l'intelligence artificielle.

Vos principales responsabilités

Piloter et optimiser les flux EDI liés aux commandes, livraisons et factures.
Assurer le support fonctionnel SAP pour les équipes Customer Operations et coordonner la résolution des incidents.
Identifier et mettre en œuvre des opportunités d'automatisation, de RPA et d'IA afin d'améliorer l'efficacité opérationnelle.
Recueillir les besoins métier et contribuer à des projets de transformation locaux et internationaux.
Participer aux phases de tests, de validation et de déploiement des nouvelles solutions.
Maintenir une documentation claire et garantir l'amélioration continue des processus.

Profil recherché

Formation Bac+4/5 en Supply Chain, Systèmes d'Information, Gestion ou domaine équivalent.
Expérience dans un environnement Customer Operations, Supply Chain, Support Applicatif ou Gestion de Projets.
Bonne maîtrise de SAP.
Connaissance des flux EDI et des processus Order-to-Cash appréciée.
Intérêt marqué pour la digitalisation, l'automatisation et l'intelligence artificielle.
Français courant et anglais professionnel.
