Resumen de la Posición

Buscamos un(a) Médico de enlace científico(Medical Science Liaison - MSL) de Hepatología para Colombia, responsable de desarrollar relaciones científicas de confianza con profesionales de la salud, investigadores y otros actores clave del sistema sanitario. La posición desempeñará un papel fundamental en la preparación del ecosistema para la innovación en el portafolio de hepatología, incluido Hepatitis B.El MSL generará insights estratégicos facilitando el intercambio científico basado en evidencia, que permita contribuir a cambiar el paradigma de la atención de estos pacientes. Trabajarás de manera transversal con equipos médicos, clínicos, de acceso y comerciales para contribuir a mejores resultados para los pacientes en un entorno dinámico que requiere autonomía, colaboración y pensamiento estratégico.

Esta posición te permitirá liderar las siguientes actividades:

Desarrollar y mantener relaciones científicas con especialistas, investigadores y líderes de opinión en hepatología y áreas relacionadas.
Interactuar con diversos actores del sistema de salud colombiano, incluyendo programas de hepatitis, EPS, laboratorios clínicos, Secretarías de Salud y otras instituciones relevantes.
Proporcionar respuestas científicas equilibradas y basadas en evidencia a consultas médicas no promocionales.
Recopilar y compartir insights clínicos y científicos para apoyar la estrategia médica local y regional.
Apoyar actividades relacionadas con investigación clínica, relacionamiento con investigadores y evaluación de centros de investigación.
Contribuir a iniciativas de educación médica y actividades de preparación para lanzamientos de nuevas terapias (Launch Readiness).

¿Por qué tú?

Calificaciones Básicas

Buscamos profesionales con las siguientes habilidades y calificaciones:

Título profesional en Medicina, Química Farmacéutica, Enfermería, u otra disciplina relacionada con ciencias de la salud.
Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en funciones médicas, clínicas, científicas o afines.
Capacidad demostrada para comunicar información científica de manera clara, rigurosa y basada en evidencia.
Conocimiento del sistema de salud colombiano y experiencia relacionándose con diferentes actores del ecosistema sanitario.
Disponibilidad para viajar frecuentemente dentro de Colombia y trabajar de manera autónoma en entornos dinámicos.
Dominio del español y nivel alto de comprensión y diálogo en inglés.

Calificaciones Deseables

Será valorado positivamente contar con:

Experiencia previa como Médico de Enlace Científico (MSL) o en áreas de Medical Affairs.
Experiencia en Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, hepatología, enfermedades hepáticas, inmunología o enfermedades infecciosas.
Estudios de posgrado en Epidemiología, Salud Pública o áreas afines.
Participación en estudios clínicos o experiencia trabajando con investigadores y centros de investigación.
Experiencia en preparación para lanzamientos de productos innovadores o actividades de Launch Readiness.
Capacidad para construir relaciones sólidas con múltiples actores del sistema de salud y liderar actividades de educación científica.
