Als Mitarbeiter*in in unserem Kundenservice bist Du die Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kunden, dem Vertrieb und der operativen Abwicklung im Landverkehr. Du förderst die Kundenbindung, indem Du Transportaufträge entgegennimmst, für Fragen zur Verfügung stehst und maßgeschneiderte Lösungen anbietest.

Kundenbetreuung im Bereich Landverkehre
Abstimmung mit den Fachverkäufern
Proaktive Überwachung und Reporting von Sendungen
Annahme und Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und Reklamationen
Bearbeitung von Sendungen im Bereich Spedition national und international
Kommunikation mit Kunden und Partnern zu Sendungsereignissen
Über Dich
Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistungen, idealerweise mit erster Berufserfahrung
Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Organisationstalent und Belastbarkeit
Sicheres und verbindliches Kommunikationsverhalten gegenüber Kunden und Partnern
Erfahrung im Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise Anwenderkenntnisse mit gängiger Speditionssoftware
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
