Build trusted relationships and influence senior stakeholders across SPS, IT, business and transformation organizations.

You're the right fit if:

You hold a relevant Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.

You can identify complex supply-chain, process or organizational challenges, define a clear direction, and translate ideas into practical, implemented solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Experience with AI implementation, adoption or scaling of AI-enabled capabilities would be highly valued, particularly where it contributed to operational improvement, better decision-making or measurable business results.

You have a track record of leading business, supply-chain or digital transformation and turning complex challenges into measurable results.

You demonstrate strong executive presence and can influence senior SPS, ISC, business and IT leaders in a highly matrixed global environment.

You bring a collaborative leadership style and enjoy working across cultures, functions and geographies.

You demonstrate a growth mindset, encouraging learning and continuous improvement while translating opportunities into sustainable parts-sales growth.
