Job Description:

What you’ll be doing

Investigate and resolve application and data-related issues in production
Analyze data discrepancies and identify root causes using SQL
Write SQL queries to extract, validate, and troubleshoot data
Perform data checks, verification, and reconciliation
Fix data issues where possible or escalate to the right teams when needed
Work with stored procedures for troubleshooting and minor enhancements
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Operations teams to resolve issues quickly
Document findings, root causes, and solutions clearly for future reference

What we’re looking for

Must-have

Experience in Application Support / Production Support / Data Support
Solid SQL skills (comfortable writing queries for analysis and troubleshooting)
Good understanding of relational databases (tables, relationships, data flow)
Basic knowledge of stored procedures (reading and understanding logic)
Experience working with incident/ticket-based systems
Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
Good communication skills — able to explain issues clearly and collaborate with stakeholders
