带领团队负责Cadence Cradle CFD流体与热管理仿真解决方案的技术支持、售前咨询及行业应用推广工作。
面向汽车、电子、电气装备、能源及各种先进制造等行业客户，提供专业的流体、传热及多物理场仿真解决方案，帮助客户提升产品性能、优化设计流程并加速产品创新。
岗位职责
- 带领团队负责Cradle CFD产品的技术支持、客户培训及项目实施，帮助客户建立高效仿真分析流程；
- 配合销售团队开展技术交流、方案宣讲、产品演示（Demo）、POC验证及项目推广工作；
- 支持流体流动、传热分析、电子散热、汽车热管理、HVAC、润滑与气动噪声等工程应用项目；
- 编制技术方案、分析报告、培训教材及行业最佳实践案例；
- 深入理解客户需求，协同研发及产品团队推动产品优化与解决方案创新；
- 参与行业会议、用户大会及市场活动，提升Cradle CFD解决方案的行业影响力。
任职要求
- 硕士及以上学历，流体力学、热能工程、航空航天、车辆工程、机械工程等热、流体相关专业；
- 10年以上Cradle CFD仿真分析或相关工程应用经验；有团队管理经验；
- 扎实掌握流体力学、传热学及数值模拟理论基础；
- 具备优秀的问题分析与解决能力，以及良好的沟通表达和客户服务意识；
- 具备团队协作精神，能够适应一定频率的客户出差和现场技术支持工作。
- 英语听说良好
优先考虑
- 具有汽车外气动、热管理、电驱动系统冷却、电池热管理、电子系统散热、风机泵阀、HVAC、齿轮箱润滑及漏油分析等项目经验；
- 具备Python等自动化开发能力或多物理场耦合仿真经验；
- 具有CAE软件售前咨询、技术营销或客户成功经验；
- 额外熟悉以下一种或多种软件：STAR-CCM+、ANSYS Fluent、FloEFD、FloTHERM、Icepak、ANSA/Meta等。
- 熟悉日语
