What Software & Information Platforms contributes to Cardinal Health

Information Technology oversees the effective development, delivery, and operation of computing and information services. This function anticipates, plans, and delivers Information Technology solutions and strategies that enable operations and drive business value.

Software & Information Platforms manages the technical configuration, design, administration, development, implementation and support of application and information frameworks that the organization's application solutions utilize. This job family partners with Application Development & Maintenance teams and other Information Technology function teams to identify enhancements for platforms and long-term capabilities.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain service requests (Service Now/Email/IM/On Call #) and effectively troubleshoot issues in a timely fashion
Ensure the upkeep and operation of all conference rooms via endpoint management tools, as well as physically performing room checks throughout the week
Act as a subject matter expert and administrator for Digital Signage
Design, purchase, configure Digital Signage Players
Update and maintain training documentation and host trainings
Lead and manage decommissioning projects
Provide support via in-person, phone, or remote methods.
Demonstrates appropriate interpersonal skills to manage and deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

2-4 years of experience (AV Technology Support), required
Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
Experience supporting video conferencing equipment (Poly/Crestron/Biamp/Shure/etc), required
Understanding of how Zoom and Teams platforms function, preferred.

Identifies possible solutions to a variety of technical problems and takes actions to resolve
Applies judgment within defined parameters
Receives general guidance may receive more detailed instruction on new projects
Work reviewed for sound reasoning and accuracy
