Principais Atividades e Responsabilidades:

Suportar assuntos relacionados a investigação de falhas (NCR e CAPA), escalations, reclamação de produtos e recolhimento de mercado, realizando, suportando investigações. Conferir e aprovar as investigações.
Interagir constantemente com demais áreas, tais como Produção, Engenharia, Assuntos Regulatórios, Sistemas da Qualidade, Controle de Qualidade e Supply Chain, além de suporte a diversas áreas do negócio.
Assegurar o cumprimento das métricas globais de Qualidade, Segurança, Entrega e Produtividade;
Realizar investigação de desvios, reclamações de mercado, recolhimento.
Dar suporte técnico às investigações de desvios, reclamações de mercado e de clientes B2B, propondo ações efetivas para sua correção e prevenção, evitando reincidências.
Assegurar a elaboração de procedimentos pertinentes a sua área de responsabilidade, baseado nas políticas internas, normas vigentes e alinhamento com procedimentos globais.
Garantir que os indicadores de qualidade estejam consistentes e confiáveis, assegurando que as oportunidades sejam identificadas e solucionadas.
Efetuar análises de tendencias, identificar gaps e oportunidades de melhorias, bem como o acompanhamento das ações corretivas e preventivas necessárias.
Realizar e Avaliar as Inspeções de Rotina nas Áreas Produtivas e Áreas Suporte
Coordenar o follow up de ações em aberto, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos estabelecidos.

Formação Acadêmica:

Superior completo em Farmácia
Desejável pós-graduação em Qualidade ou áreas afins.

Experiência e Conhecimentos Técnicos:

Experiência em Indústria Farmacêutica, preferencialmente nas áreas de Qualidade Operações ou Produção.
Conhecimento de Legislações de Qualidade para Indústria Farmacêutica.
Experiência efetiva em investigação de desvios e reclamações de mercado.
Experiência em elaboração de análise de riscos.

Diferenciais:

Atuação com produtos estéreis.
Conhecimento nos sistemas Trackwise e JDE.
Experiência com batch record eletrônico.

Idiomas:

Inglês avançado
Espanhol (desejável)

Local de trabalho: São Paulo/Zona Sul - Interlagos - 100% Presencial
Horário de trabalho - ADM
