Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the digital platform for the Consumer Banking Group, ensuring seamless user experience and efficient operations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative digital solutions to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction
Analyze user data and feedback to continuously improve the digital platform and address customer needs
Provide technical expertise and support to the business stakeholders, ensuring the digital platform aligns with the organization's strategic objectives
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and recommend appropriate solutions to drive digital transformation
Contribute to the development and implementation of the digital roadmap, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in digital platform development or a related field
Strong technical skills in web development, mobile app development, and cloud-based technologies
Proficient in project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Ability to think strategically and translate business requirements into technical solutions
Demonstrated experience in driving digital transformation initiatives and delivering innovative digital products
