Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth individual clients in the Semarang region, serving as their primary point of contact.
Provide holistic wealth management advisory services, offering tailored solutions across investment, insurance, and treasury products to meet clients' financial goals.
Achieve individual sales, revenue, and customer acquisition targets in line with the bank's business objectives.
Conduct regular portfolio reviews with clients to assess performance, rebalance assets, and align with their risk tolerance and market outlook.
Collaborate closely with product specialists, investment strategists, and support teams to deliver seamless and comprehensive financial solutions.
Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and internal bank policies in all client transactions and advisory activities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Proven track record of success as a Relationship Manager within wealth management, priority banking, or premier banking.
Deep understanding of financial markets, investment instruments, insurance products, and wealth management principles.
Possess relevant professional certifications required for selling financial and wealth products.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with high-net-worth clients.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a strong customer-first mindset.
