Key responsibilities include:
- Own and communicate the Singapore product strategy, translating enterprise and regional priorities into locally relevant portfolio choices, investment priorities and measurable outcomes.
- Lead the development, delivery and activation of consumer payment strategies across card and non-card payment experiences, including digital commerce, stablecoin-enabled payment flows, agentic commerce and other emerging payment models.
- Deliver agreed Product business outcomes, including revenue contribution, credentials, payment volume, transaction volume, product penetration, customer satisfaction and disciplined management of operating expenses.
- Continuously assess the client, customer, competitive, regulatory and technology landscape to identify new growth opportunities and recommend differentiated market responses.
- Partner with financial institution clients and other go-to-market partners to diagnose portfolio opportunities, design or refresh propositions and successfully launch and scale Visa offerings.
- Build and manage a prioritized pipeline of product enhancements, acceleration plans and new initiatives, with clear business cases, sequencing, ownership, success measures and value realization.
- Lead end-to-end solution design with Visa subject matter experts, connecting client business leaders, product teams and technical leaders to advance implementation and adoption.
- Act as the senior Product advisor to clients on innovation, consumer and digital payments, stablecoins, agentic commerce, commerce trends and major market developments; represent Visa in relevant industry engagements and executive forums.
- Shape portfolio priorities across organizations and redirect resources toward higher-value opportunities, balancing short-term delivery, strategic advantage, risk, cost and operational complexity.
- Use customer, industry and data insights to influence strategic choices, anticipate future needs and establish a culture of evidence-based decision-Challenge entrenched assumptions and operating models, sponsor bold but disciplined experimentation and mobilize cross-functional support behind transformation and change.
- Develop scalable AI-enabled ways of working and lead responsible adoption of AI, data and automation to improve Product productivity, decision quality and speed to market.
- Build strong alignment across local, regional and global stakeholders, putting enterprise success ahead of local optimization and creating clarity on decisions, dependencies and accountabilities.
- Lead, coach and develop the Singapore Product team, building organizational capability, sponsoring high-potential talent, strengthening succession and creating meaningful career pathways.
