Responsable de desarrollar, mantener e integrar aplicaciones de software complejas, garantizando soluciones alineadas con las necesidades del negocio. Participa en la implementación, soporte y mejora continua de aplicaciones, asegurando calidad, rendimiento, estabilidad y cumplimiento de los estándares técnicos establecidos.

Responsabilidades

Desarrollar, configurar y mantener aplicaciones de software de mediana y alta complejidad.
Ejecutar procesos de construcción, despliegue e implementación de soluciones tecnológicas.
Diseñar soluciones técnicas de acuerdo con los requerimientos del proyecto.
Programar, configurar y realizar pruebas de aplicaciones y componentes de arquitectura.
Identificar y resolver defectos e incidencias de rendimiento.
Colaborar con equipos de Análisis de Negocio (BA) para comprender requerimientos y casos de uso.
Realizar estimaciones de esfuerzo para proyectos y funcionalidades asignadas.
Implementar y administrar ambientes de pruebas (QAT/UAT).
Participar en revisiones de código y asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares de desarrollo.
Garantizar la integridad de los entornos de desarrollo, pruebas y preproducción.
Liderar iniciativas de automatización, optimización y mejora continua.
Brindar apoyo técnico y mentoría a profesionales con menor experiencia.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Formación Académica (Obligatoria)

Título profesional universitario en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería de Software, Ingeniería Informática o carreras afines.
No se considerarán candidatos que no cuenten con título profesional universitario.

Experiencia

Entre 4 y 6 años de experiencia en desarrollo de software.
Experiencia en programación, pruebas, implementación y soporte de aplicaciones empresariales.
Conocimiento de arquitectura de software, integración de aplicaciones y bases de datos.
Experiencia con control de versiones, integración continua (CI/CD) y metodologías ágiles.
Deseable experiencia liderando iniciativas técnicas o proyectos de complejidad media-alta.
