Senior Field Marketing Manager

Location: New York, NY: In-person (M-F)

We're hiring a Senior Field Marketing Manager in New York City to own all East Coast events and lead the next phase of our event program: industry conferences, ancillary events around them, and events we host ourselves.

This is a strategy, execution, and ROI role. You'll decide where we show up, make every event count for Sales, and prove what each one returns. You'll also share some central responsibilities with our Sr. Field Events Manager on the west coast. This role reports to the VP of Growth Marketing.

Why FurtherAI?

Elite Team & Culture: Join a YC and a16z-backed startup, collaborating with industry experts who share your hunger and ambition. Be part of a culture built for high performers who are proud to put in the work.

Transformative Opportunity: Bring pioneering AI solutions to market in complex, regulated industries and help modernize a trillion-dollar sector.

Real Ownership: Shape how FurtherAI generates pipeline from the ground up, with real budget, full accountability, and a direct line to leadership.

Path to Leadership: Start as a hands-on IC and grow into leading a demand generation team as the company scales.

Highly Competitive Compensation: Strong base salary, equity, and comprehensive benefits.

What you'll own

Strategy

Set and own the East Coast event strategy, calendar, and budget across conferences, ancillary events, and hosted events.

Make the call on where we invest, where we cut, and when to try something new, using our ICP, target accounts, and past results to back your decisions.

Co-own the event playbook, goal-setting framework, and reporting so results compare cleanly across regions.

Execution

Set the goals and plan for each event, and make the decisions needed to keep it moving without waiting for sign-off on every detail.

Equip Sales with target accounts, meeting goals, and context so they're set up for success.

Partner with the broader marketing team to plan and schedule email and social campaigns that build awareness ahead of each event, so prospects and customers know where to find us and have a reason to stop by.

Lead on site: solve problems in the moment, keep meetings on track, keep the booth presentable, and make sure internal teams are where they need to be.

Ensure outcomes are captured and follow-up is driven to completion, holding teams accountable so we get the most out of every event opportunity.

ROI

Define what success looks like for every event and own the results, reporting meetings, pipeline created, pipeline influenced, and ROI to leadership.

Bring a point of view: turn results into clear recommendations on where to double down, adjust, or walk away.

What you bring

7+ years in B2B field or event marketing, including ownership of a regional or national event program.

A proven record of tying events to pipeline and revenue, with numbers you can walk us through.

Experience running conferences, ancillary events, and owned events.

Strong strategic judgment paired with hands-on execution.

A track record of partnering with Sales and holding teams accountable to goals.

Comfort with CRM data, dashboards, and leadership readouts.

Strong attention to detail, with the care to make sure every event leaves a lasting impression on prospects and customers.

Experience using AI to streamline event execution and reporting.

Nice to have

Experience in insurance, financial services, or enterprise AI/SaaS.

An existing network of East Coast venues, agencies, and event organizers.

You can look forward to the following benefits:

Unlimited PTO

Outstanding in-office culture in the heart of New York City

Lunch and dinner onsite
