通过公司强有力的支持、结合各部门的资源，通过计划、执行有效的合作项目，为区域内的重点客户提供高质量、高附加值的服务，使公司与这些重点客户建立起长期牢固的合作伙伴关系，提升公司整体形象。
主要职责
- 与公司各部门通力合作，提升公司各产品在辖区医院准入各环节的工作有效性。
- 与重点客户保持良好的沟通关系，积极了解其在医疗相关方面未被满足的潜在需求，针对性制定并执行准入计划，及时追踪进展并持续反馈，以超越客户需求并提升其对公司的满意度，最终实现患者获益。
- 收集区域内重点客户在医保、招标、药品管理相关政策执行的动态资讯。
- 解决区域内和重点客户相关的突发事件。
Qualifications & Skills
教育背景
- 本科以上学历，医学/药学背景者优先
相关领域工作经验
- 8年医药行业工作经验
- 具有3年以上大型外资制药企业重点客户管理经验和/或推广管理经验
专业知识与技能
- 对医疗改革的趋势和市场准入环境变化具有高度的敏感性，学习和分析能力强
- 优秀的人际沟通能力、影响力及项目管理能力
- 具备业务敏锐度及解决复杂事务的能力
- 态度积极、主动,结果导向
- 乐于接受挑战并承担压力
