负责Cadence MSC SimManager仿真数据与流程管理平台（SPDM）解决方案的技术支持：售前咨询、售后实施及行业推广工作。面向汽车、轨道交通、民用航空航天、高端装备及各类先进制造客户，帮助企业构建仿真数据管理、流程自动化、知识沉淀及协同研发平台，提升CAE数字化管理水平和研发效率。
岗位职责
• 负责MSC SimManager产品的技术支持、客户培训及项目实施工作；
• 配合销售团队开展技术交流、方案宣讲、Demo演示、POC验证及项目推广；
• 支持仿真流程管理（SPDM）、数据管理、流程自动化及企业级CAE平台建设项目；
• 参与客户需求调研、方案设计、系统部署及实施交付；
• 编写技术方案、培训教材、实施文档及行业最佳实践案例；
• 协同研发及产品团队推动产品优化和行业解决方案创新；
• 参与行业活动及用户交流，提升SimManager解决方案影响力。
任职要求
• 本科及以上学历，机械工程、车辆工程、航空航天、计算机、软件工程、工业工程等相关专业；
• 5年以上SimManager实施建设经验；有团队管理经验;
• 熟悉CAE分析流程及仿真数据管理业务场景；
• 了解数据库、服务器架构、Web应用及企业信息化系统基本原理；
• 具备良好的沟通协调能力、问题分析能力及客户服务意识；
• 能适应一定频率客户出差及现场项目支持。
优先考虑
• 具有一家或者多家相关SPDM平台实施经验；
• 具有PLM、PDM、ALM或研发数字化转型项目经验；
• 熟悉Python、Java、SQL等自动化开发或系统集成技术；
• 具有CAE软件售前咨询、客户成功或技术营销经验；
• 熟悉Nastran、Marc、Adams、Cradle CFD、Ansa/Meta等CAE工具管理与集成流程者优先。
