This role will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy and roadmap for the Xvantage Customer Domain, with a focus on creating seamless, personalized, and intelligent digital experiences across the reseller journey. Key areas of ownership may include Homepage, Customer & Account experiences, Reseller Onboarding, End Customer experiences, Notifications, personalization, and AI-enabled customer engagement.

The Sr. Product Manager will combine a strong customer-first mindset with hands-on product strategy and execution, partnering closely with Engineering, UX, Data & Analytics, Architecture, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and regional business teams to deliver scalable capabilities that improve customer satisfaction, engagement, adoption, self-service, and business growth.

The role builds on the broader Xvantage emphasis on reseller experience, onboarding, customer master, notifications, personalization, AI-enabled experiences, and measurable customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for key capabilities within the Xvantage Customer Domain, aligning customer needs with broader platform and business objectives.
  • Lead customer-facing experiences across areas such as Homepage, Account & Customer Management, Reseller Onboarding, End Customer, Notifications & communication, personalization, and customer engagement.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify the reseller journey and increase digital self-service, reducing friction and operational dependency while improving the overall customer experience.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, UX, Data & Analytics, Architecture, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and regional business teams to translate customer and business problems into scalable global product solutions.
  • Own product execution end-to-end—from discovery and requirements through prioritization, Agile delivery, launch, adoption, and continuous optimization.
  • Define clear product requirements, user journeys, user stories and acceptance criteria; prioritize the backlog and work hands-on with Engineering and UX throughout delivery.
  • Leverage Voice of Customer, behavioral analytics, customer feedback, experimentation, and platform data to identify pain points and opportunities and continuously improve the experience.
  • Define and measure product KPIs across CSAT, engagement, adoption, conversion, self-service, operational efficiency, and business impact, using insights to drive roadmap prioritization.
  • Develop capabilities for personalized and proactive customer engagement, including intelligent notifications and experiences based on customer profiles, lifecycle events, and behavioral signals.
  • Explore and deliver AI-enabled and agentic experiences that simplify customer workflows, proactively surface opportunities, and make Xvantage easier and more intuitive to use.
  • Build globally scalable and reusable platform capabilities, balancing common platform needs with country and regional requirements.
  • Lead multiple parallel initiatives within a fast-paced Agile/PI planning environment, proactively managing dependencies, risks, trade-offs, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Communicate product strategy, roadmap, performance, and business outcomes to senior stakeholders and ensure alignment across global teams.

What You Bring to the Role

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline, Advanced degree is a plus.
  • 5–8+ years of Product Management experience delivering enterprise software, SaaS, ecommerce, marketplace, or digital platform products.
  • Demonstrated experience owning a product area from strategy and roadmap through hands-on execution and measurable outcomes.
  • Experience building B2B digital customer experiences, preferably within ecommerce, technology distribution, channel ecosystems, SaaS, or enterprise platforms.
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys, digital self-service, personalization, customer engagement, and platform experiences.
  • Proven ability to translate complex business and customer problems into clear product requirements and scalable technology solutions.
  • Strong experience partnering directly with Engineering and UX teams to scope, prioritize, develop, and launch products.
  • A highly analytical mindset with experience using customer insights, behavioral data, product analytics, and KPIs to prioritize opportunities and measure impact.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence business, technology, operations, and geographically distributed teams.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and drive multiple complex initiatives to completion.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum and PI planning environments.
  • Experience with AI-enabled customer experiences, conversational interfaces, personalization, or agentic workflows is highly desirable.

What Success Looks Like
