- You are a creative storyteller with excellent communication skills that span writing, speaking, and presenting
- You thrive leading highly cross-functional initiatives, building trust and alignment across teams inside and outside of Marketing.
- You are curious and adaptable — open to learning new technologies, audiences, and markets, and comfortable creatively problem-solving as priorities and information shifts
- You can take complex products, programs, or organizational changes and distill them into clear, concise, value-focused messages and plans
- You are organized, with excellent follow-through, and can own high-priority projects end-to-end — from strategy to activation
- You can admit mistakes, learn from them, and move forward
What You'll Do

- Lead messaging, enablement, and campaigns that bring partner and ecosystem value to life for customers and partners
Ecosystem Product Marketing
- Lead ecosystem product marketing go-to-market strategy across three core sectors: Public Safety, Video, and Defense.
- Craft messaging and positioning that demonstrates the value of integrated solution and AI-driven capabilities across core personas and verticals
- Be the voice of target audience definition, pain points, and white space opportunities
- Develop sales enablement and integrated campaigns to drive awareness, adoption, and pipeline
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related technical field
- 7+ years of experience in Product Marketing or B2B technology marketing
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives beyond core marketing
- Experience with partner or developer ecosystem marketing a plus
- Experience working with hardware/software or cloud (SaaS) solutions a plus, with an emphasis on public safety, security, or defense technology
- Strong communication skills paired with a data-driven, consultative approach to complex B2B solution strategy
