Team Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Python Full Stack Developer with 6+ years of experience building scalable, production-ready applications. The ideal candidate should have strong Python backend development skills, experience with modern frontend frameworks, and a solid understanding of microservices and cloud-native development.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Role Overview And Core Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications and microservices.
Build backend services and REST APIs using Python and frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
Develop responsive web applications using React, Angular, or similar JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
Integrate applications with databases, APIs, and existing enterprise solutions.
Deliver high-quality, production-ready code following test-driven development and engineering best practices.
Participate in technical design, code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Collaborate closely with product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.

Required Knowledge And Experiences

5+ years of full-stack software development experience.
Strong proficiency in Python and backend application development.
Experience with FastAPI, Flask, Django, or equivalent Python frameworks.
Hands-on experience with React, Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and distributed application architecture.
Experience with SQL and relational databases; exposure to NoSQL databases is beneficial.
Familiarity with Git, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, and Docker.
Strong debugging, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
