Job Description:

Design analog and mixed-signal ICs for Power Management Products with BiCMOS /DMOS technologies. Products focus on AC-DC/Lighting Application.

Products: PFC converter/ Isolated DC-DC converter/ HV buck/ LDO/ LED driver

Essential Functions:

Works on analog/mixed-signal power management IC design, circuit synthesis from the transistor/resistor level up to the system level, simulation, layout supervision
Participates in the entire product development cycle, from product definition through product release
SIMPLIS for behavior model
Assists ATE development with Design-For-Test methods

Qualifications:

PhD / MSEE with 3 + years of Semiconductor and/or Analog circuit design experience.
Experience with DC/DC converter or AC/DC converter design
Basic understanding on the working principle of common ACDC converters, such as PFC, LLC, Flyback, Buck, LED driver
Experience with high voltage process and product design
Experience with mixed-signal design
Good verbal and written skills.
