武田薬品大阪工場の製薬品質部内のLaboratory Serviceグループの社員を募集します。

Laboratory Serviceは品質管理のうち、試験以外のほとんどの業務を担当しています。主な業務は逸脱調査、設備導入、校正、CAPEX, OPEXマネジメント、分析技術、文書、教育、LIMS、安定性、参考品、サンプリングです。
その中で逸脱調査 (Dedicated Investigator)に専門性のある方を募集します。
QC逸脱調査担当者は、品質試験や品質システムにおいて発生した逸脱事象について、事実確認・影響評価・根本原因解析を実施し、再発防止策（CAPA）の立案・実行をリードするポジションです。GMPに基づき、品質リスクを適切に評価しながら、製品品質と患者さんへの安定供給を守る重要な役割を担います。社内の試験担当者、品質保証部門、製造部門、技術部門など多くの関係者と連携し、データや記録をもとに科学的かつ論理的な調査を進めます。
また、逸脱管理プロセスの改善や再発防止の仕組みづくりを通じて、品質システム全体の強化にも貢献します。単なる不具合対応ではなく、品質リスクを未然に防ぎ、組織の継続的改善を推進する専門職です。問題解決力や分析力、コミュニケーション力を活かしながら、GMP遵守と安定供給を支える中核人材として活躍いただきます。品質管理、品質保証、分析業務の経験をお持ちの方や、原因究明や改善活動にやりがいを感じる方を歓迎します。
【応募要件】
高校卒業以上の学位
上記業務（逸脱調査）に関する実務経験と専門知識
GMP及び製造プロセスに関する知識（quality, operations, facilities等）
初級レベルの英語力（読み書き及び会話）
Leadership, people management*, and technical capabilities（*有ると望ましい）

Working Hours: Headquarters (Osaka/ Tokyo) 9:00-17:30, Production Sites (Osaka/ Yamaguchi) 8:00-16:45, (Narita) 8:30-17:15, Research Site (Kanagawa) 9:00-17:45
Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, May Day, Year-End Holidays etc. (approx. 123 days in a year)
