  • Coordinate staffing discussions and follow-through across Account Managers, Deal Leads, Business Development, Practice Leaders, Finance, and other key stakeholders.
  • Partner with stakeholders to maintain an accurate view of the pipeline and proactively surface staffing needs, risks, and timing considerations.
  • Support available team members in identifying potential opportunities and navigating staffing decisions.
  • Maintain clear, timely staffing information and communications across stakeholders and team members.
  • Identify recurring staffing challenges and opportunities to improve processes or ways of working.

  • Develop and maintain staffing reporting and dashboards across capacity, utilization, pipeline, availability, and demand.
  • Analyze staffing data and translate trends into actionable insights, risks, and recommendations for business stakeholders.
  • Support supply-and-demand forecasting to identify emerging capacity, skill, and hiring needs.
  • Prepare recurring analyses and leadership materials to support workforce and staffing decisions.

10% | Staffing Strategy & Functional Priorities

  • Support Ignite-wide Staffing initiatives focused on process improvement, reporting, technology, resource optimization, and operating model evolution.
  • Provide project management, stakeholder coordination, and implementation support for key Staffing priorities.
