Vous serez intégré.e à l’équipe stratégie de la BL C&O et participerez activement aux réflexions stratégiques et aux chantiers à fort impact sur l’évolution des trois lignes de services. Vos missions incluront notamment :
- Appui à la définition et au suivi de la stratégie des activités O&M, Aviation C&E et Conseil
- Réalisation d’analyses stratégiques, de benchmarks concurrentiels et sectoriels
- Participation à des études de positionnement de marché, d’opportunités de croissance et d’optimisation
- Contribution aux réflexions stratégiques liées aux projets M&A (screening, analyse d’intérêt stratégique, soutien aux travaux de due diligence)
- Élaboration de présentations pour la Direction de la BL, en lien avec les instances internes et les autres Business Lines
- Collaboration étroite avec les équipes opérationnelles et les directions fonctionnelles (finance, M&A, innovation, etc.)

Vous êtes en dernière année d’une grande école de commerce, d’ingénieurs ou d’un cursus universitaire de haut niveau (bac+5). Idéalement, vous justifiez d'une appétence pour un de nos secteurs d’activités de par votre formation ou vos expériences.
- Vous avez un excellent esprit d’analyse et de synthèse, savez structurer des problématiques complexes et formuler des recommandations percutantes.
- Vous êtes curieux.se, proactif.ve, avec une forte capacitée d’adaptation et une appétence pour les environnements multiculturels et les projets à forts enjeux.
- Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le pack Office (Excel, PowerPoint), et êtes capable de travailler efficacement en anglais à l’écrit comme à l’oral.
- Vous disposez d'une expérience d'un minimum de 6 mois en conseil, en M&A, en stratégie ou équivalent.
